Who we are

What this site keeps

Only what you send us. We don’t record your visit: no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.

If you ask for an audit

We keep what you type into the form: your business, where it is, what it does, your name and your email, and when you sent it. We use them to prepare your audit and to answer you, by hand; the form itself sends you nothing. We keep whether you ticked “Send me occasional emails”, with those words, and send you our occasional emails only if you did.

If you write to us

Your message and the address it came from are kept in our mailbox, and we use them only to answer you.

Where it’s kept, and for how long

On servers in Amazon Web Services’ London region, and in our Google Workspace mailbox, which receives each request and message. We keep a request or a message for 24 months from your last message to us. Backups are kept for a limited time; a request we delete is gone from them when they expire.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted: write to us at our registered office, or reply to any email we have sent you. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
